No la,i was "advised" few times some time ago due to some samsters complaining to the forum management team regarding me giving out too much details...later say i am advertising for a particular business establishment or something.I got "advised" until blur already ,so from then on, i add some,minus some when it comes to location of a place. If not others may accuse forum Management having double standard and cause them to become more difficult to maintain a "fairer control" in future. I still keep those reminding PMs (or "advises") in my inbox since day 1 of my time here to remind myself not to breach the forum rules. I also try to make it a habit not to recommend any particular place in Batam,beside just the reason of the meat and poison theory behind it.
I think about it too,even with address and map,one who are not experience enough when in Batam will likely not even know how to get to the mentioned places by showing it to taxi drivers the maps and addresses (i tested it personally) but with phone number,one can easily make a phone call when in batam and hand the phone to taxi driver to get there. Thats why i censored off either phone numbers or part of the addresses in nearly all my information postings. If you notice, most of the name cards i posted here are either blurry or some part/s of it has been cut off.
The whole idea is, not to make it too easy for someone who read my post/s to find certain business places on eateries,joints,MPs etc so i wont be accuse of advertising which is against forum rules. Perhaps those who complains must have thought that the entire Batam's eateries,joints,KTVs,MPs and all other entertainment arena belongs to me (i wouldnt be here if it is),hehehehe...the fact is i am someone who dont even keep girls or driver's tel number on my mobile phone when i returned to Sillypore. But i do collect lots and lots of name cards tho which i used to post it up here but later took it down myself due to the complainants.
Samster bros need not beg me on how to get to a certain place. All they need to do is put in some effort to follow the map to get there. Yes,thats right...in order to get to a certain location where the good stuffs are,some search effort is definitely required,and that should count as not being overly straight forward to get to a certain place. One good example would be the location of Gold Bird aka Sedona,hehehe...after one year plus still got people PM me to ask me how to get there...hehehe...somewhere middle of last year when i am still very new to Batam,i tried asking ojek or taxi to bring me there by showing them the name card but well,surprisingly no one knows how...lol.
Hoping for your understanding regarding the censoring.
