This case also happen in Vietnam too when I was there on business trip. Say this is someone we can do business with but turn out is husband..
then on another occassion, another lady bring a small boy and say her nephew but is her son when the boy open his mouth to call her she " ma ma" and she quickly say to us that this nephew say he is hungry and so say the word, " mum mum" which means I want to eat...hahaha
