There are many hotels in S'pore offering hourly rate stay especially those hotels in areas like Geylang & Balestier. For S'porean or PR you will need to bring along your NRIC while non-S'porean you will need to bring along the passport or employment pass for registration purpose. Hope I've answered your queries.
