My favorite hotel balcony at the moment is the one at Raintr33 Hotel.
The washing basin after your shower is at the huge open balcony with only rolling blinds.
Did it with my gf a few weeks after I roll up the blinds and lights on at balcony. We can see cars passing by and I am quite sure they can see us. It was so kinky and turn both of us on.
