Soi Cowboy and Nana Agogo Bars ST/LT prices have been jacked up by irresponsible market spoilers (Japanese/Koreans/Hong Kongers/Singaporeans/Malaysians) since many years ago.
This is Thailand (TIT) not China so the China KTV type of mongering you're looking for is next to non-existent because the good quality Bangkok G-Club hostesses do not go out with customers for ST/LT outright. You've to use your own negotiation skills or long term "fishing".
China KTVs especially the ones in Dongguan have spoilt mongerers with its efficient and transparent system for ST/LT. The only other country that has a good system similar to China are the high end entertainment complexes in Jakarta if budget is not an issue.
Soapy Massage Parlours and other forms of P4P venues do not open before 12pm unless you've your own kangtao or use OKT/Escort.
