So in the end you will only know what the market rate when you do homework. Which goes back to point 1.
Normal guys like you know tipping 200k for a 300k service sounds stupid. But there are people who does that cause they are on holiday. Since people likes to spend on holiday, just keep to those spots that cater for tourist. No need venture out to spots cater for people who frequent or working there. So I can understand why bros who knows HCM don't share these spots. Waste of time and high risk of losing them.
I'm a tourist. I only got to know some lesser shared spots cos a couple of kind TW bros or I'd found in other forums. So one can be rewarded if they search hard enough from the net.
