Well it depend on individual, for me normally i wont enter such cafe but due to the hot weather trying to find a cooler indoor cafe to rest. The girl just came up and sit with me so we just chat with some hand signal and google translate.
My guess is girls outside tourist area tend to be less demanding and more willing to please.
