Of cause as cheongster, we want entertainment to be as cheap and as long it can but this is impossible. We have to either keep up with the rising cost or look for alternative... like me, I am in HCMC or PP.

Cost of drinking in HCMC and Phnom Penh night spots can be very costly in certain places.

Keeping up with rising costs is getting harder and harder because most Singaporeans are experiencing depressed and stagnant wages barely to keep up with inflation (average 3-4%).
Your salary need to increase by 3-4% anually in order not to erode your purchasing power.
Employer never retrench or give you 2-3% salary increase + 13 Month AWS you already can steal laugh liao loh.
Our mindset is the same like in manufacturing if a supplier is no longer competitive then we look for alternatives.
