For mint, I'll wait around the chicken rice area, try to spot those people carrying grocery walking towards that direction. There are only 2 condos on that side of the road, so if these people walk past the first condo w/o entering, then bingo, they are going to the mint's condo so fasten your step and try to catch the side gate.
