LTD or not, you need to ask for it most of the time, this is one item that I found a lot of old timer MLs try to siam whenever possible. Haven't come across one that does it the way Love did - just pong on my face w/o warning
You 1st choice is good, 2nd I passed, will be trying the 3rd soon.
