By that you mean going on the highway with the bike? Yeah I would never do that. Huge heavy trucks with about zero concern if they squish a motorbike under their wheels. Super loud airhorns constantly blasting at you, threatening to damage your hearing. Crappy potholed roads for long distances. And the winding roads as you approach Dalat are super dangerous, lots of blind sharp turns, vehicles coming down the other way on wrong side of the road at high speed. Avoid that. There's no place in VN you can't rent a cheap bike immediately.
Dalat is especially a lot of fun to drive around on a bike, and with a girl. Just wander around, explore.
