As mentioned the price is between VND1mil (USD44) to VND1.5mil (USD67). Times are bad now due to slowdown in coffee industry which affects a lot of ppl in the south so the gals will tend to ask for 1.5mil.
From my chat with friends working in the "Wechat" industry, the "pay upfront" rule is a fairly recent phenomenon, as some foreigners refused to pay after the deed is done... word got around among the gals... and they now demand for payment before deed as a form of self-protection.
Letting the gal out of your room after payment is not a good idea, as u found out the hard way (but thanks for sharing this scam here).
U have to remember these gals, as nice as they look, are total strangers and u have no idea where they are from, what problems they had, mental issues etc so u are taking a risk letting them into your room...worse still spending the night with u.
