Uh, I don't understand your karaoke question.
Guess what. I just checked Google Maps. RMIT and the little area cross NVL from it with all the ST hotels actually both are still in D7. It's past the big red bridge when you are in Binh Chanh. And actually something I always wondered about, that Truong Son area that everybody calls D8, THAT whole area is actually Binh Chanh, technically speaking. Duong So 9A with the big palm trees, all the way up to the roundabout and past up as far as the bridge, that's all Binh Chanh. Cross the bridge and OK that's D8 again.
Anyway, back to the D7 ST hotels, they're pretty nearby and convenient if you are in Phu My Hung area and need them. I have used some. Inside they feel fresher and more airy than ST hotels in other parts of the city. The ones I went to don't require any ID.
