I myself wrote down such a list after reading for a few days so its actually nothing revolutionary, my thinking is that if it has been posted online for all to see for so many years, then maybe its not touristy, but its definately not local pricing. I notice you dont have any problems with paying foreigner surcharge even going so far as offering that girl a extra 200k to let you fj her, I am not comfortable doing things like that or even bargaining when it comes to sex. I dont want to be a carrot head, but I also dont want to bargain.
