If u find job locally, chances of getting a job is very low or will be paid according to local market. It will be better to work for a SG company which sends u to Vietnam. I have a few opportunities to work in Vietnam or Cambodia when I was based there but their offered package was ridiculous according to SG standard. Others might bite the bait but not me.
Fortunately for me, past 10 yrs, I am employed by SG company but work in oversea...
Ask me go back SG to work, si beh sian unless they double by salary.
