Actually there are 2 other shops that I know of selling batamfast ticket (allpassport/harbour bay useable).. One at one of the bigger money changer in bcs level 1, another one at one of the money changer opposite nagoya plaza (that row of money changer).. However, like you said all are priced at 380k.. However, bulk purchase I believe 5k-10k lesser per ticket is possible ..
