I am not sure if this Alishan Hotel is the nearest and cost about your expectation but if you are adventurous enough can try it out.
This hotel is abit out of the way but in the hotel there is resturant and groceries like condom , drink ,cracker and barber shop. As i can remember i think there is not much shop around the hotel. (A standalone hotel on a piece of land)That was 10 yrs back with this setup ,now i am not sure.
For BKT and noodle , i like the coffee shop opposite paradise Hotel especially the noodle.
