Bro please be informed not only horizon, all ferry operator don't accept SGD or Credit Card in batam. Never be wrong to carry 550k more if you frequent batam. If not best have extra ticket of other operator if you are travelling to batam center or Sekupang.

Yes I agree horizon batam counter stuff not so friendly.
