Yes,i have read about the sad history of the Ex. Vietnam camp at Pulau Galang. I doubt I will be heading there this 7th month,dont wish to bring back "something" I didn't want to back to Sillypore.
I do have a question tho,the good temple you mention at the Galang island, is it the Guan Yin temple as below :
The current Galang camp Guan Yin temple look -

...that is very bear to the below sleeping Buddha statue.
