There is an interesting hangout place in the heart of Nguyen hue. A very old apartment which house many cafe and teahouse. Always crowded with young locals esp. during weekends.
The entrance is beside a bookshop and they will collect 3 or 4K dong per person for taking the elevator. Using the stairs is free.
