China Palace
Went to check out this joint after missing out on the official grand opening last week....this was the old F11 (had good memories with my bro popiah and KEFOS bros here, even celebrate CNY)
The place's been done some renovations....some ktv rooms have been torn down to make way for a stage and a bigger lounge area....there's even a pole dancing platform
and to add to the weird decor there a pool table at the back. There's also furniture at the door (dun know is discarded one or for patrons to sit).
Went I walk in there were uncles belting out english oldies and the ballons from the opening festivities still glued to the ceilings....din keep my hopes up
When the singing started proper.....the singers were a mix of 'veterans' (familiar faces from other joints) and newbies......a few lookers....place quite empty.....din stay for the 'pai pai chang'......might go again tonight to reece again
