Basement of swissotel? Not aware of it. But swissotel has nice jap restaurant "takumi" which serves nice jap cusines as well as "Loong Foong Lou" Chinese Dim sum restaurant which serves nice Chinese food/Dim sum. Breakfast at swissotel also good.
