its just cater for a different group of customers.
Like any merchandise, some like to purchase their clothes from online portals and some must see the stuffs in the shop in reality. There is no right or wrong, just different preference. Agencies working towards what customers want is also a form of demand and supply. if customers going for online services are consider dumb, well, all those holding the Alibaba or Taobao accounts are also dumb too. the same theory applies...
