i stay at Novotel Phloen Chit. literally 30secs walk to BTS station. 5 mins to NEP. 30mins walk to soi24 oilies. as what a bro mentioned. stay near a BTS station. along Suk soi 1 - asok. there are many many hotels that are guest friendly.
