POST-OP Transexual = Post operation transexual

Male gone through sex change to female, has a vagina but no reproductive system.

The best operation, last ive heard, is using a graft made from the colon, it feels like a vagina, with folds and moistness. But vagina does not produce vaginal juices and does not have menstrual functions because of missing ovaries and fallopian tube. There is a clit, made with same nerve endings taken from the penis.

Such a trans, needs to frequently dilate her vagina, or the vagina will close up. Dilation is done using a dildo. And no fucking is not really helping to dilate her vagina, because it needs to be in her for a long time...

Trans takes hormone pills as well and may undergo other plastic surgery to complete the operation.

Lastly, does she feel pleasure like a real women? Well, because of the vagina being made with colon or skin from your penis, it should have some nerve endings to feel and she might be able to experience pleasure from sex but may find it difficult to experience a vaginal orgasm, more so than a real woman...

Her vagina will stretch less to accommodate bros with LONG dicks, but Girth wise, her vagina should be able to accommodate thickness. If she can't, then neither can those real women with tight vaginas anyway.

Some tell tale signs of Post-op Trans.

Face - angular jaws, strong noses, sharp chins(due to plastic surgery to make those jaws less angular...)
Height - taller usually
Body - bigger build - bone structure
Hips - Angular or sharp hip bones, as they try to slim themselves because they pack weight less than real ladies, they get a really protruding hip...
Limbs - slim and less cellulite on arms and legs
Collarbones - protruding
Hands - Larger hands, longer fingers
Voice - This is hard to tell, she will train her voice and some go for voice correction surgery.

If you look at all the signs above together, then you stand a high chance of identifying a Post-op Trans.

But even so... those post op trans who maintain themselves properly, diet well, take meds regularly, go for more plastic surgery to correct parts, should be the hardest to tell. In those kinds of situations, she probably has alot of money to spend or is coming from a rich family or has a rich sugar daddy that doesn't mind splurging on her. At which case, it doesn't really matter if you get fooled, since u can't tell anyway...
