WLs there are usually viets and some locals (at least for the ones i was brought to).
I can't really remember the rates because I was stoned with happy pizza most of the time. haha.
Unless you are staying in a 5-star hotel, approach the hotel recept to ask if there's any call-out service. USD5 for massage (sometimes cannot make it) and +USD10 for boom-boom plus yum-yum.
Check out Le' Cyrcee, sexy bar. The owner is French and affable. He will tell you some history of his bar and how the name came about.
Sharkey is not too bad too. Waitresses are chatty and friendly. WL are prowling, usually hogging the pool tables. Check them out.
Look out for the Phom Phen travel guide available free at most decent eating places. They should provide you with the addresses. Most of the bars/ drinking places who placed ads in the guide are established look-for-fxxk places.
Lastly, if you need a motodok, pls dun hesitate calling my Phom Phen motodok king, "Lao Lin" at (855)16867220. You can make calls at stalls plastered with 016, etc that are almost everywhere. "Lao Lin" is the best and he knows places and is honest and reliable. I give him about USD1 for every hour he's hired. Tell him "Ka ki nang" (teochew) and ask if he remembers the dudes from sgp.
