Since much often,they started business during night time,the atmosphere were usually not very hot outside,hence air-con were usually not needed,hehehe...

If anyone wish to walk there, it would be better to located Hotel 89 1st as it is suppose to be ALMOST opposite it and then follow the map above. I am still a noob when it comes to recognizing the direction of places/location i wish to go to; so i will almost certainly try to remember their nearby landmarks (if any) whenever i hope to go to any of them around Batam Nagoya/Penuin area, eg hotels,shopping malls,tourist attractions etc.
Hai Ou was also featured on the Batam Food List too. And i am sure no one would have not know where the food list is,hehehe...

Its been a while since i visit Hai Ou...hehehe...
Good stuffs in Batam never goes out-dated. Only set back is ,it is often crowded even at around 730pm.
