Hi senior and all bros. Got a qns.
Do minors travelling out of vietnam together with their grandmother need an authorisation letter from their mother in order to leave vietnam?
2 minors, one is 2 years old, the other is 13. Their grandmother is 60 plus. Their mum is at Singapore.
They are travelling via jetstar.
Reason being the vietnam authorities say need the authorisation letter from the mother but her mum is at Singapore.
I find that it does not make sense. They are travelling with an adult, their grandmother some more. I don't understand it.
Can someone shed some light pls?
