I considered myself a batam resident now.
And driving in Indo, do need to expect some one would kiss you, even how good you are... As one can just pay and get a driving licence(they call it something sounds like "Sim Pass") without going through a test.
I don't agree that it could not be an investment....
While the car wouldn't appreciate on its value directly.
It able to help me save cost on paying ojet/taxi fare
and also the conveniences that we enjoying after she built up her confidence.
