Can. Try finding in other districts. Speak vietnamese. Maybe - just maybe - the price will go lower.
The KTV in +++yo Hotel, the girls are going at 70USD for ST and 100USD for LT. If you negotiate without the knowledge of the mamasan, the price can be lower. :P
Though I am quite new in hcmc. Below is some price guide based on what I had tried(some bros with disagree)
1. 100USD ST, 150USD LT - discos,KTV in District 1
2. 70USD ST, 100USD LT - KTV in District 5(Only tried 1)
3. 700k VND ST - momocha - Locals pay 500k VND ST, 1million VND LT
