Not all 重庆富侨or whatever 富侨 offer special service.
some really old, outdated decoration most probably don't have.
Those with fancy decoration and lots people to serve you mostly have. They ask you top-up for upgraded on normal service. now day girls and lady don't dare to give private service for you, need to go through shop and manager to share profit. that the rules.
