Pho is just a kind of rice noodles and can be cooked in whatever style (e.g. stir fried) or soup base we choose to. Different noodles can be cooked in different soup base  e.g. you can also cook our yellow noodles, kway teow noodles or even vermicelli in the bakso soup base also
