You'd be very naive to believe anything a pimp says regarding his products and even if it was true the FL can easily pick up a deadly disease in between health checks and pass it on to her customers. If your session was unprotected the risk is even higher.
Many STDs have no obvious symptoms so the fact that you have not seen or felt anything unusual does not mean you have not caught anything.
Standard health checks do NOT screen for STDs. You need to go to a health professional that specialises in STD screening. eg

Of particular concern nowadays is a rise in the number of cases of treatment resistant Gonorrhea so to fuck a whore without protection is an extremely foohardy act.
