Even tho I would have love to suppork a fellow Sinkie, but unfortunately I have tried 2 signature dishes at the insistence of Chai Tao James Bond last time, find out really cannot make it as too far from our genuine Sinkapor taste leh
The so-called Laksa is actually curry noodles and the Sinkapor frog porridge really cannot even fight with some of those other outlets opened by their local wetnamese, the one I always took at Nguyen Bieu is superb in terms of taste & prices

maybe he have already tweaked to suit local tastebuds but cant say it is uniquely Sinkaporean dishes
