most probably is the timing overlap until u are late by 1 hour.
this is my personal experience with them. and the girl also show me the sms herself. our slot is 90 min or 1hr 30 min. so if I book at 2pm, I should finish at 3.30pm. but the okt will accept booking of the next customer at 3.15pm.
2ndly, although its written in thai words (the girl showed me), girls are supposed to finish the current customer in 60-70 min.
okt I know u want earn money, but u offend many customer leh....
