I dun like to call them cos they tends to screw up our bookings as normally we booked a few rooms each trip & each arrival day for individual may be different too
So normally what we do it that we booked our rooms for the new 3 months in advance when we are checking out and made sure they write down on their booking register, I know kiasee & kiasu but better than arriving on that day and find out no rooms cos they screwed up ......
