If you are first time there, I highly recommend the sauna service in ZH area.
I always visit this sauna called 巨龙 (dragon union hotel) located at 唐家 (Tangjia) whenver I pass by ZH.
It voted as best in GuandDong. There is 36 types of service (bbbj, hot/cold etc), but I haven't tried all in 2hrs time.
Damage is abt 300tips 150 room charge. This place sure safe
