Last Sunday, I went to New Chang An Hotel and had bad experience. Service level may have dropped. 2nd floor is under renovation and so I was directed to 3rd floor. The rooms are nice. Towels are hot and clean. Price at 388 rmb. After the line up, I picked up one gal (about1.62 m tall) from Sichuan. She told me she just started working here three days ago and business is bad. I have several previous experiences and I found her service and service attitude is really bad. Unfortunately, I did not ask for her number.
