I am not sure what he bought but my friends bought a few condos with ready cabinets and fittings....only need air-con, furnitures, curtains...rest all ready...
he sold vinhomes central park 2br at good profits...fully reno except air-con, furnitures, curtains...
furnitures require - beds, dining table + chairs, sofa, writing table,etc...
full details in the S&P agreement...make sure he goes back to read it...recently agreements are dual language...definitely no need interior designers...
