Since tok about air ticket...info for bros going to hcm . . . . . .

me just regularly got trip ard viet n northern asia. so i just book online, and usually quite last min, nothing more than 2 wks in advance.

Ok, maybe once in awhile, see real cheap ticket, just buy ahead couple of months loh.

so below is applicable for me . . . might not b u guys travel style.

full service airline, got promo very cheap.

see b4 sq promo $188 Rd trip, no need think, buy leow loh. haha

vn usually 200 to 300+ rd trip ( depend on date time promo etc )
Vn 30Kg bag allowance ( not applicable for their north asia flight, hv to check, cos some destination 20kg nia )

april onward they use a350 for their last flight 8.25pm from sg, 4.10pm from hcm ( which i usually take ). shiok.

note vn offer from sg to japan, china, taiwan, korea etc ( transit hcm ) ard 400+ to 550 promo rd trip. Example If u go japan, u free stop over hcm to chiong one night. haha..sometimes the sys will show a 10 hrs wait, u go out of hcm shopping, or sometimes a overnight stay, depend yr end destination, inbound outbound.

i fly china n viet alot, thats why vn is good for me. Their lotus frequent flyer, part of skyteam. with china airlines, china eastern, xiamen, korea air, china southern ( i think quit skyteam alr ) etc . . .which i take too. haha

if u go other viet domestic destination, sometimes it might be cheaper to enter hcm to yr end destination thn buying two seperate ticket. but yr layover in hcm will be up to the sys. might not hv a overnight stay.

vn system siow siow one. sometimes i want to buy shanghai to sg ticket, it dont show this option ( or only on selected dates ).

i prefer jetstar if i need to get there early morning. the cheapest i ever got for ticket was ard $38 . . haha

Jetstar 11am flight to hcm number BL --- is operated by vietnam jetstar pacific. u can get frequent flyer pts if u r a vn lotus member n some benefits. Any jetstar pacific ( mainly their domestic or vietnam out to other international ) with BL flight number, can get pts n benefit. If u lotus member with titanium and abv tier ( extra bag allowance from 10 - 25kg depend on tier ), also business check in counter etc.

if u wana go dalat/ phu quoc...search, it might be cheaper to buy seperately, example, sin to hcm, thn another purchase hcm to phu quoc. if u enter sin to phu quoc might end up more ex. furthermore u buy seperate, u can choose other airlines.

no fly before to hcm. pircing similar to jetstar. 3 flight a day, jetstar one flight more cos of the additional jetstar pacific flight.

vietjet, last month i first time fly them, from hcm to other destination, actually not too bad leh. some domestic destination, they very cheap.

sat in office nothing to do... type nonsense... hahaha...
