Last month I made a passport for one of my girls and brought her out with me, at Philippines immigration, the officer asked lots of questions, not willing to release her although she has a return ticket. Yes, make up a good story, but don't lie.
Have a good backstory, fb pictures to show.
Just remember the questions they ask you before, it will all come up again, and practice the questions and answers with the girl. Make sure the makeup and dress attire is conservative.
