For your info, Scarlette and Milkyway are sama sama(partner). I tried Abby from Scarlette. Not bad actually. Milkyway standard had dropped in term of the FLs. Milkyway used to have quite good FLs for example Cherrie or Cherry(don't remember).
Quick FR for FLs Abby in Scarlette
Location was good and nice and cosy.
FLs service was there. GFE not bad also.
