Soi69 is not bait and switch for sure. The biggest downside i faced with them is the constant change of location. So happened that if you want to rtf a certain girl you like. She might be in another location that is out of your way. Unless you are lucky enough that she came back to the initial location when you first book lor.
They have been here for a long time, don't think they will survive this long if they are bait & switch.
