I feel the reason behind certain ML restrictions is because they choose to live in denial that they are full fledged in the sex trade. By withholding certain access, be it kissing, touch pussy or limit to semi nude, they can self convince that they have not cross the "line", and is still "pure" to a certain extent. I believe it helps them stay sane.
