Maybe you can ask your hotel's sauna. IMHO, best western has a good one. Damage is around Rmb300 or Rmb400. Can't remember the exact price.
Should be ard Rmb300 per shot in Fuzhou due to intense competition.

haha,im fr fuchou also,im fr PRC but had been here more than 10years.
skydesperato is right. fuzhou, is a sauna city, got naturl springwater,and sauna place all provide service. my recommendation is "Shui Bu"(水部）sauna.the water is good, girl is good,price is good,safty is good...open more than 10 years,and nothing happen before,no police check.
if not wrong,the damage is Rmb300, if u order 2 girls one time that will be Rmb500.
