I think it is more likely becoz these PRCs have the notion that Singkies are carrotheads.
There is a group of PRC FLs on student visas that use to operate in Sunway KL under the Nasi Lemak stables. Their rates between rm180-rm220 for each session. More than 20 over of them have relocated to JB operating in KSL & Pelangi areas..... claiming they can earn more in JB becoz Singkies are so willing to pay their asking rates. Not surprising.... most of them are quoting rm250-rm350 (a substantial increase in earnings compared to KL) and they have long queues of Singkie customers everyday.
