The ferry terminal in ZhuHai is known as Jiu Zhou Ge Xun and the website is
http://www.jzportpt.com/. From zhuhai to shekou by ferry will take 1 hour and ferry availabe every 30 minutes.
From Macau to zhuhai ferry terminal, the fastest way is still walk across the custom from Macau to Zhuhai and take a cab just outside Zhuhai custom to the ferry terminal.
Btw, I am curious that which part of SZ are you planning to go? If it is at LuoHu of SZ, then going to Shekou will take you another 40 minutes to reach LuoH where you can take a coach from GongBei, ZhuHai and the journey probably take you abt 1.5hrs.
However, the best way is by flying to HongKong via Jetstar where going over to SZ is nearer and easier. Cheers....
