Managed to get Lisa today, she is very professional and also was rather chatty. I had a good conversation throughout the session. Her skills were really good with the massage, she managed to really get the tight pressure points on my back.

Then went on to the JG. Woah this part really didnt know what to expect. At first she did mention that it might be painful. But i did not know that that would be points and veins there that are sore too. Lisa then mentioned that it could be the way we PCC or have sex wrongly that have caused it.

It hurt quite a lot at first. And just like knots in our body, this was the same thing. She continued to rub the tensions away, at the end really it was not sore anymore.

I would associate sex and PCC to brushing our teeth, we do it daily or on a regular basis. But JG is like a visit to the dentist, we dont know what's wrong with our body until we get a professional to have a look at things. And its good to occasionally visit them for a 'checkup',

In a nutshell, it really was an eye opening experience. Would really go back again. Not only was the massage 10/10, they are really professional and friendly.
