Always wondered why Utama hotel was not a popular choice among the punters here even though it's so near the numerous booking joints and MPs.

After bro nono's explanation and photos, i could understand why. it feels like it's still stuck in the late 80s era and ciggie smoke can be smelt everywhere. Carpets do trap smoke smells too and over the years the accidental ciggie butt drops have increased the intensity of the odour and stain the carpets more.
