Advice needed :
yesterday i caught my pinay helper chatting with guys on her phone. the conversation went like, are you married and are you seeking fun etc. While i know guys are being hunters... but as an employer and when you saw this, how would you react? given the fact that my family has very young kids.
I dont really bother what she do on her off-day (no off day yet as she is still servicing loan), but i am more worried she caught some diseases and especially my kids are still very young.
what will you do?
